In these sessions, you’ll work closely with a trainer who will support and guide you at your own pace. Whether you’re building strength, finding mobility, or learning to love your body again, every workout is designed for you—empowering you to feel strong, grounded, and confident. It’s about nurturing your body, building resilience, and reclaiming your wellness journey.
2 on 1 Training
Strength is better when shared—experience 2:1 Personal Training.
Pair up with a friend or fellow babe and work with a trainer who will guide both of you through personalized workouts. It’s a supportive, low-pressure environment where you can grow together, building not only strength but a stronger connection with your body. Together, you’ll experience growth, encouragement, and sisterhood that prioritizes your transformation.
4 on 1 Training
Find empowerment in a 4:1 Personal Training session.
In this small group setting, you’ll be supported by a trainer who listens to your needs while guiding you alongside other women on their own fitness journeys. It’s a space where you’ll feel safe, motivated, and seen—helping you build strength not just in your body, but in your mindset. This is a chance to thrive together, create new habits, and feel the power of a like-minded community lifting you up.
What to expect at your assessment:
This will be a 45 min consultation. But not just ANY consultation.
The trainer will go through your inquiry form and dive in a bit deeper into your why, goals, limiting beliefs, questions, frustrations and everything that is keeping you stuck.
You will then go through a full body assessment to give the trainer a closer look at your body’s needs, mobility, muscle imbalances, injuries etc. We gather information in order to design a training program that’s aligned, strategic & catered specifically to YOU.
